Please read these Terms of Use, including those set forth in the Privacy Policy ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the HomeRun application (the "App") made available by Peter Viszt ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Lemon Peel app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the app.

Subscription

The Lemon Peel app includes a monthly subscription service that allows users to unlock additional features, such as multiple store support, more widget options, and push notifications for sales. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee, as well as any applicable taxes, and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

You may manage or cancel your Subscription by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Please note that the subscription service is handled by the Apple Store and we do not have access to or control over any payment information you provide. If you have any questions or issues regarding your subscription, please contact the Apple Store directly.

Fees, Refunds and Billing Disputes

All purchases are final. Peter Viszt cannot issue refunds for purchases charged to your Apple ID. If you have a billing dispute, you must contact the App Store to seek a remedy.

Peter Viszt, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions.

Intellectual Property

The Lemon Peel app and all content and materials available through the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, are the property of Peter Viszt. The Lemon Squeezy logo and other resources are the property of Lemon Squeezy LLC. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Lemon Peel app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We make no warranty that the app will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any content or information obtained through the app.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
